OutkassFashionboutique was established in 2017 when Ceo Cliche Williams started selling boutique clothing out the trunk of her car. She said, “I had a dream. I just knew that things would grow into something bigger.” As most owners got discouraged because of the covid19 pandemic that began in March of 2020, our CEO looked at the more positive side of things and worked hard to keep the business going during this unfortunate time.
